Guys, there are a lot more things than looks to consider when

searching for the right wife. The Bible says beauty is fleeting.

It is also what’s inside that you must consider

when building a relationship with a girl. That’s what you will

have to spend the rest of your life married to. Read Proverbs

31 for some good ideas on what to look for in a potential wife.

Here are 4 good things to look for.

1. Does she love God? It is more important to have a

wife who loves God than one who merely has passing

beauty. I have a beautiful wife who loves God, but the

thing I find most attractive about my wife is her love

for God.

2. Does she respect authority? Look at how she

treats her father. That is how she will one day treat her

husband.

3. Is she sexually pure? You don’t want a wife who

will break your heart because she runs off with another

man. When the honeymoon emotions are over, will she

remain pure and devoted to you?

4. Does she believe in you? It’s important to have a

spouse who is supportive of your dreams. Life will

throw enough negativity at you. You don’t need to go

home to a wife who doesn’t believe in you.

There are probably more traits you want in a wife. Wr i t e

them down and look at them when you are considering a

potential relationship.
